Presentation Paper Folders

With paper folders, also known as pocket folders or presentation folders, you can organise multiple documents in the same place. Folders make it easy to share and collaborate with your team and your clients.

Paper folders are one of the best ways to hold and organise your marketing and promotional materials when you are presenting them to a client. There is a multitude of uses for pocket folders, whether it is to introduce a new product or service or to package your standard promotional materials as a press kit or information packet.

First of all, you need to assess the number of promotional materials that you currently give out to customers. If you have more than two or three promotional pieces or have multiple sheets of paper, a pocket folder can come in handy to organise everything into one convenient packet. Your customer will appreciate not having to deal with loose brochures, papers, cards, booklets, CDs or DVDs.

Trade Shows

When someone shows interest in your product, organization, or service, you can simply hand them a package with all of your information already organized inside. This is crucial at trade shows, because it is easy for attendees to get everything mixed up when all the items are loose, because they are being handed many items constantly throughout the show.

Press kits

You can package your press releases along with any other pertinent information about your business or organization, and make it easier for your press contact to find the info they’re looking for. A pocket folder can make their work easier, which in turn benefits your company when it comes to getting press coverage.

Customer

service

Pocket folders are a great way to focus on customer service after the sale. For example, if the product you are selling has an instruction manual or warranty information, a pocket folder can organize all of this for the consumer.

Printing for presentation

In this case your custom paper folder can become an important piece of marketing material in and of itself. Make the cover look good with a sharp design that includes your company or organization logo, and feel free to print and reinforce marketing messages or other information on the folder flaps or on the back of the folder.
